One more post for the weekend and everyone who is off travelling somewhere nice in the next few days – perhaps all the Cheetah’s rugby supporters going home after losing (hopefully) to the Shark’s in the Currie Cup rugby semi-finals this weekend…?
This handful of images of the main King Shaka International Airport terminal building were shot over the last few nights in the bad weather we’ve been having in Durban; bad weather inevitably means interesting & moody photography so if it’s looking ‘bad’ be sure to get out there and shoot!
The toughest part of shooting at the airport last thing in the afternoon is certainly standing by and watching all those passengers boarding the Emirates flight to Dubai knowing you’re not on it?! And then trying to focus through the lens with tears in your eyes as you watch the incredible airbus take off to into the sky.
To whoever you are and where ever you’re going, travel safely and have a great trip!
