It’s always very humbling when someone likes your work enough to want to hang it on their wall so I was quite over the moon when I was recently invited to photograph and supply all the artwork for GOBA Engineer’s new office building in the prominent new Ridgeside Office Park on the Umhlanga Ridge.

The commission included photographing eleven of their projects including buildings, tunnels, water pump stations, freeway interchange bridges and the new King Shaka International Airport amongst much. It was certainly a fascinating and challenging adventure which I thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish.

All the artwork has now just been installed in time for the official opening of their new office building and includes a massive 4m wide x 3m high wallpaper in their boardroom and a host of large 600 x 900mm acrylic prints in all of their meeting rooms and on all the stair landings.

Hopefully the artwork will bring enjoyment to everyone who works in the fantastic new building and who was perhaps involved in all the different projects.

Thank YOU GOBA Engineers.
