I have 20+ years post-graduate experience internationally with formal qualifications in architecture, sustainability assessment and project management. My background is in the technological design and development of large-scale (to 4,795 flats) high-rise (to 45 floors) concrete-framed residential & mixed-use projects including direct experience working for architects and main contractors in South Africa, the United Kingdom and in the United Arab Emirates.

I previously ran my own sustainability consultancy in London for over three years consulting on BREEAM Code for Sustainable Homes and Part L1 Building Regulations construction technology compliance before moving to Abu Dhabi to work for Aldar Laing O’Rourke Construction as a Senior Architectural Design Manager & Site-wide Sustainability Manager on their US$18 billion Al Raha Beach mixed-use mega-project. I am thus fully familiar and experienced with LEED, BREEAM International and Abu Dhabi Estidama sustainability compliance systems.

Some of the many architects, quantity surveyors, main contractors and developers I have worked for and with include the following: Murray & Roberts (Amalgamated Construction), Sidell Gibson Architects, Foster + Partners, KDS Associates, Ardmore Construction, Bellway Homes, Barratt Homes, Countryside Properties, Galliard Homes, Broadway Malyan Architects, Brandeaux Investment Group, John Rowan & Partners and MCM Architecture amongst many.
